Job Description:

Immediate Opening in Sherman bkkp/tax office. QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience required. Multitasking on various entities, excel, payroll and payroll tax, bill paying, cashflow management skills necessary.

Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers
Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process


Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Experience with Quickbooks - payroll, payables, bank reconciliations
