The Operations Lead co-owns the delivery of services to the business for the scope of Products in the Solution

Delivery Center with the Service Management Lead.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

* Vendor Management:
* Governance on the delivery of contracts across the Delivery Center, working with Delivery Leads and

Application Managers to ensure maximum benefits are realized and SLAs are meaningful and adhered


* Management of the shared Level 1.5 team (shared by the Delivery Center). Improving processes,

increasing first time fix and reducing ticket volumes permanently through automation and elimination.

* Governance of transitions
* Budget Management - Licensing and BAU Costs.
* Initial escalation point for Service Management and coordinator of any service improvement plans.
* Point of contact for Audit and Security. Tracking all audit and security deliverables across the Delivery Center

ensuring remediation plans are in place.

* Formal measurement of Technical Debt, providing assessment data to AXA Group and ensuring remediation

plans are in place.

* Patching coordinator
* Disaster Recovery coordinator
* Drive Continuous Improvement - Shift left to the Service Desk, automation, service processes and best practice

You will report to the Head of Solution Delivery.

SHARE your talent

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

* Experience - Typically has 10-15 years of IT and business/industry work experience
* Experience in areas such as application monitoring, application support processes, agile development

processes, ITIL.

* At least 3 years' experience of managing the delivery of services through a Managed Service Provider
* Displays an adaptable and flexible working style, remaining clam under pressure, adjusting comfortably to

changing conditions / priorities

* First rate relationship management skills
* First rate vendor management skills
