Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks that contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.Responsibilities:- Assisting in the month-end and year-end close process- Preparing and maintaining detailed account reconciliations- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and/or potential areas of improvement- Preparing and posting journal entries- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports- Performing various accounting tasks such as account analysis, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations- Assisting with the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentationRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- 1+ years of previous accounting experience- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel- Familiarity with GAAP and accounting principles- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:- CPA or CPA candidate- Experience with accounting softwaresWe offer a competitive pay and excellent benefits.
