The OpportunityDescriptionWe're looking for a Financial Solutions Representative (Call Center), working in the Banking/Finance industry in Allen, Texas, United States.Our client has immediate openings for a Financial Solutions Representative (Call Center) at our facility conveniently located in Allen, TX. Our current openings are on 1st Shift 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from 10 AM-2 PM.We offer medical benefits and salary is up to $20 per hour based on qualifications.Job Responsibilities:Assist members in accessing and understanding mobile features such as Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Remote Check Deposit, ATMs, etc.Accurately complete member transactions such as transfers, loan payments, lease payments, credit card payments, check orders, etc.Resolve member complaints concerning handling of their accounts.Educate members about the features and benefits of Union products and services.Respond to member requests to update accounts, including address, phone, email changes; adding and removing joint owners and/or beneficiaries; opening or closing additional accounts; ordering debit cards, etc.May perform other duties as directed by the Member Services Contact Center Leadership to maintain credit union service and operations.Answer questions relating to Union products and services.Assist members with their requests such as balance inquiries, account research, product knowledge, etc.Experience Required for Your Success1-2 years of call center or related member services experience in a credit union, other financial institution preferredPrior experience of offering additional products and servicesAbility to communicate clearly and courteously to members and co-workers via email and telephoneThrough knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and WordAbility to effectively communicate via telephone and e-mail with members and employeesOutgoing phone personality and good written communication skillsKnowledge of credit union policies and procedures Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining a high overall standard of performanceGood judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive topicsAbility to interact with many people and multiple interruptions while staying on taskCandidate will be requested to submit to background, credit check and drug screenby Jobble
