Job Description:

AppleOne is staffing for a highly reputable Auto Finance company, they are a Forbes top rated company. We are looking for a professional Collections Representative.

Must be reliable, punctual, professional in demeanor, attitude and presentation. This company has the cream of the crop working in their various departments and teams.

Will be responsible for determining the location of the client and collateral on accounts assigned to collection status and working with the customer to establish a plan of rehabilitation or the recovery of the vehicle.

Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high attention to detail and must be willing to make difficult decisions and recommendations through analysis and the probability of recovery.

Must have a Bachelor degree

Skip tracing and third party collections experience preferred

Must be analytical

Must be able to organize, prioritize and excellent Excel skills
