dealership organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to
oversee daily office operations and provide administrative, HR,
accounting, and compliance support. This role is responsible for
managing vehicle title and registration processes in accordance
with state and federal regulations while ensuring operational
efficiency, accuracy, and effective internal communication across
departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations Manage
daily office operations, clerical support, and recordkeeping. Order
and maintain office supplies and inventory. Oversee front office
operations, including receptionist scheduling and coverage.
Maintain organized and efficient administrative workflows. Vehicle
Title & Registration Processing Process all new and used vehicle
title transfers accurately and timely. Submit required
documentation to appropriate tax offices and agencies. Handle
out-of-state title transfers in compliance with applicable
regulations. Complete and file DMV registration paperwork with high
accuracy. Ensure all tax, title, and registration documentation is
properly completed, submitted, and retained. Human Resources &
Employee Support Serve as a liaison between employees and the Human
Resources department. Facilitate new hire onboarding and benefits
orientations. Ensure accurate and timely submission of new hire
paperwork and injury/accident reports. Review, approve, and submit
employee timecards. Process corrective action documentation and
maintain complete employee records. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Perform general bookkeeping functions and maintain accounting
system updates. Manage petty cash and cash handling logs. Oversee
accounts payable and credit card expense tracking. Handle deal
posting and ensure payoff documents are scanned and distributed
appropriately. Deal Processing & Compliance Oversee RV deal
postings and verify deal accuracy. Generate and distribute
commission reports. Maintain trade title records and ensure proper
new unit logging. Process external incentives and ensure proper
documentation. Support audits and compliance initiatives in
collaboration with leadership. Additional Responsibilities Provide
administrative and operational support to dealership leadership.
Assist with HR, accounting, and compliance-related projects as
needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Preferred
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum
of 2 years of administrative or office management experience
preferred. Knowledge of office procedures, recordkeeping, and
general administration. Strong customer service and interpersonal
communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
Google Workspace; ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong
typing skills (minimum 50 WPM). High attention to detail with
strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not directly
supervise employees. May provide informal guidance and support to
reception or administrative staff. Physical Requirements Prolonged
periods of sitting and working at a computer. Occasional standing
and walking during training or operational needs. Ability to lift
