Job Description Job Description Director About the Role: We are seeking a VP of Construction to lead all field operations for a high end custom home builder known for a fully integrated design-build process and luxury residential projects across top Dallas neighborhoods. This role oversees construction execution, team leadership, trade relationships, quality assurance, and schedule control.
