Job Description Job Description Miscellaneous Steel and Waterworks Estimator A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT knowledgeable in Structural Steel as well as miscellaneous Steel. Must know how to read / interpret Structural Steel Drawings and Civil Drawings. Knowledge of Waterworks Estimating - Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required. Use of TEKLA Software is a “plus”. Welding Background is a “PLUS” Knowledge of manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.) and non-building structures. Strong problem-solving abilities. In House – No remote working Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fabhar Facility is currently in Princeton, TX which will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in winter of 2026 Must Pass a Drug Test, We Provide a Drug-Free Work Environment.
