Commercial Agency Support Representative– Dallas, TX Salary: $24.92 per hour-$35.73 per hour/$50,225-$72,000 annually, commensurate to experience We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Commercial Independent Agency Support Team! As a Commercial IA Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting GEICO's customer's directly and supporting our agency partners as they sell and service policies! The Commercial IA Support Agent: Take incoming calls and provide expert guidance to support the growth of our independent agency channel. Be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions. This role is for people who want to support business-to-business relations with insurance agents throughout the country. If you are driven and passionate about providing excellent customer support the Commercial Independent Agency Support position is the perfect fit for you. Minimum of 3 years of customer service or administrative support experience required Preferred experience working in an insurance agency or commercial insurance experience Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to troubleshoot applications and escalate as needed Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking.
