Job Description:
Context You will be working in the Microsoft 365 product line
(specifically the Power Platform product team) within the Global
Workplace department serving all entities of the AXA Group, which
include different products and technologies such as Microsoft 365,
Power Platform, Global AD, Azure AD, Threat Protection, User
Provisioning, Collaboration Products and Telephony. Key figures:
Global tenant hosting 370 AXA Legal entities and 200K users. Global
team of 50 internal and external collaborators. The Microsoft 365
product line has a full accountability of the product throughout
the entire lifecycle, including strategy definition of the product,
user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication,
brand management, finance, P&L, build, transition, operations,
support, continual improvement, and decommissioning. Description
(main tasks to be performed) Are you a functional consultant or a
developer looking to share your consulting and configuration
skills? Or maybe you're an IT professional with knowledge and
experience configuring and administrating Microsoft Power Platform?
If this describes you and you're familiar with using Power Platform
components to extend and customize Microsoft apps and services such
as Teams, Dynamics 365, Excel, and SharePoint, then join us as one
of our key members of the Power Platform product team! With us you
build, support, and administer model-driven apps, canvas apps and
support existing portal apps (focus on administration for portals).
You will also cover Power Automate flows and analyze data using
Power BI visualization and dashboards. You might even create
application enhancements, custom user experiences, system
integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and
custom visualizations. If you have a passion for designing,
developing, securing, and extending Microsoft Power Platform
solutions, this engagement could be for you. You need a strong
applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services including
administration and a basic understanding of DevOps practices for
Microsoft Power Platform. Plus, your background should include
development experience on Power BI. Responsibilities You have
varied responsibilities, including: * Creating technical designs
and Power Apps * Configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and business
process automation * Extending the platform and the user experience
You will support, perform trainings, and enhance different
solutions, such as: * Our custom version of the CoE Starter Kit
(very important) * A solution that improves license management and
purchase for the global Procurement team * A backlog management
solution Additionally, you will support us within the three product
pillars CORE, GOVERNANCE & ADOPTION by managing company
activations, migrations, user provisioning, platform support
(ITIL), community management on Yammer, documentation (internal
Azure DevOps and external on SharePoint), training sessions for
local admins including handover files creation. Your Profile
Mandatory technical & functional skills 10 years' experience
working on M365 technologies 4 years (since the beginning) of
knowledge on Power Platform Significant experience in: Configure
Microsoft Dataverse: * create or update security roles and
field-level security profiles * configure business units and teams
* configure tables and table options * configure columns *
configure relationships and types of behaviors Implement
application lifecycle management (ALM): * create solutions and
manage solution components * import and export solutions * manage
solution dependencies * automate deployments * implement source
control for projects including solutions and code assets Create
model-driven apps: * configure a model-driven app * configure forms
* configure columns * configure visualizations * configure commands
and buttons Create canvas apps: * create and configure a canvas app
* implement complex formulas to manage control events and
properties * analyze and implement license cost improvements *
build reusable component libraries * optimize app performance
including pre-loading data and query delegation Configure Power
Automate: * create and configure a cloud flow * use Dataverse
connector actions and triggers * implement complex expressions in
flow steps * implement error handling * troubleshoot flows by
analyzing JSON responses from connectors Implement processes: *
create and configure business process flows * create and configure
business rules * create, manage, and interact with business process
flows by using server-side and client-side code * troubleshoot
processes Preferred technical & functional skills Validate
requirements and design technical architecture: * design and
validate the technical architecture for a solution * design
authentication and authorization strategy * determine whether you
can meet requirements with out-of-the-box functionality * design a
data model * design Power Apps reusable components * design custom
connectors * Integrate with Azure Logic Apps & Functions *
PowerShell scripting knowledge * run PowerShell scripts using Power
