Job Description:

Incredible Fort Worth operator with tons of growth potential and ambition are seeking a Completions Engineering Manager to help propel the growth forward.

Earlier this year, it was reported that this operator was producing over 50,000 bbpd and had plans to drill over 120 wells over the next three years. Their aggressive approach has been allowed by a recent $300M+ investment that they received late last year.

They are looking for a candidate with the skills below:

The Completions Manager is responsible for leading and planning all completion elements of well construction activity for delivery of safe, compliant and reliable wells.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Supervise completion operations and monitor well completions and work over in accordance to safety regulations and company objectives and policies.

? Supervise, coach, train, mentor and manage the career development of the Completions Engineering team

? Improve existing completion designs and hydraulic fracturing performance through research and testing of new methods and technologies to optimize business value

? Ensure smooth interface between Drilling and Well Testing during the completion execution

? Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

? Bachelors Degree Petroleum Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline

? 7-10 years experience of completion experience

? Proven track record of improving well performance and reducing completion costs

? Supervisory or Management experience preferred

? Self-motivated, able to work with ambiguities and having good record in finding solutions to completion challenges
