Job Description You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer Senior
for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Our
team is responsible for developing and implementing quality control
processes to ensure the highest standards of supplier quality,
driving project and program success. What You Will Be Doing As the
Supplier Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for
overseeing supplier quality throughout the product lifecycle. Your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and
maintain supplier quality control processes. Conduct supplier
audits and assessments. Analyze quality data and drive corrective
actions. Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure
compliance. Lead continuous?improvement initiatives for supplier

Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A
U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain
Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications -Ability to travel 25% of
the time. -Ability to work a flexible schedule (after hours or
weekends when needed). -STEM degree at the bachelor’s level or
equivalent experience/combined education. -Must have the ability to
obtain a secret clearance; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
-Quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality
standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the
inspection of manufactured and procured products. -Experience
interpreting drawings and specifications to develop and apply
quality test, inspection methods and work instructions. -Basic
understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
-Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools and experience
in disposition of non-conforming products. -Knowledge of
Configuration and Data Management. Desired skills -STEM degree at
the bachelor's level or above highly preferred. -In depth knowledge
and experience in Quality processes and procedures. -Effectively
interact with Suppliers, Quality Program Management, Technical
Operations, Manufacturing, Government Representatives, and other
stakeholders. -Engineering drawing review experience. -Experience
with First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements. -AS9100
interpretation and application experience. -Proficient skill level
with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-Effective strong communication skills, written, oral, listening,
technical writing. -Effective interpersonal skills, including team
building and collaboration. -Demonstrated presentation skills.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
