Job Description:

As a Programmatic Sales Manager you will lead our Sales efforts around our programmatic solutions (Prebid segments, Contextual Avoidance, Contextual Targeting). You will work closely with our local Sales and Customer Success teams, initiating and developing strong partnerships with agency trading desks, independent trading desks, brands and their account teams. Your goal: * Your ultimate goal is to maximise IAS France's programmatic revenue and meet our ambitious quarterly targets * You will not succeed solo but by leading the revenue (ie. Sales + Customer Success) team and allowing them to grow their programmatic sales and maximisation skills * You will also succeed by partnering closely with other internal teams: Marketing, Product, Business Development, EMEA and Global programmatic teams, Solution Engineering What you will get to do: * Work with the best in class Contextual technology integrated across all major DSPs * Primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and close programmatic opportunities with agencies, trading desks, brands and platforms * Critically contribute to designing and implementing our go-to-market strategy * Critically contribute to internal pre- and post-sales methodologies that maximise revenue per customer * Be proficient in navigating both Performance and Brand tactics in the programmatic space * Consistently meet and exceed Programmatic revenue expectations, ensuring a robust pipeline of new business opportunities (prospects or upsell into existing customers) * Engage when necessary in public speaking opportunities, represent IAS in the programmatic space Expected experience and profile: * 5+ years working in the programmatic space, on the buy-side (agency/trading desk), in a client-facing role, with significant hands-on experience and the proven ability to sell consultatively * A strong focus on growing revenue * Very good familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP's, SSP's, DMP's, 3rd Party Data/Verification/Optimisation, attribution tools, ...) * Excellent written communications skills * Excellent listening and presentation skills * Experience working with com * Willingness to travel up to 20% About Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
