Association Manager is responsible for administering
communications, operations, maintenance, and financial management
of a community association working closely with the association's
Board of Directors.The Manager's role is to effectively manage and
successfully execute the business processes of the Association's
day-to-day operations in accordance with company policy, procedure
and current law - and to provide leadership to the Board of
Directors. This includes financial management, meeting preparation
and facilitation, facilities and vendor management and community

Requirements:
Any successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the
following: Communication, Financial & business acumen,
Organization, Vendor and project management, Customer Service,
Problem-solving, and possess a Results Driven Orientation. We
generally look for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from
four-year college or university. Our ideal candidate would have
industry experience and the CMCA designation, but neither is
absolutely required. We have successfully transitioned
professionals from other industries who possess strong skill sets
