Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Reward's Club Manager will ensure the highest level of guest service with regards to club members, working within the Marketing department to establish programs to seek new club memberships. The Reward's Club Manager will be required to coordinate the management and ongoing development of the Reward's Club loyalty program enabling the company to maximize their lifetime player value.
Primary Tasks

  • Assist in the development of a Reward's Club marketing plan that supports and rewards its members. Responsible for the implementation and management of the plan.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing Promotions.
  • Monitor player services activities, club benefits and programs to ensure that we are providing excellent guest service and perceived value to our player base.
  • Provide feedback to senior management regarding service levels, profitability and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of short and long-range strategic marketing plans.
  • Work closely with the main Marketing Department and site Marketing Manager to implement marketing/promotions projects.
  • Maintain staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating associates, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
  • Decides the final outcome of guest disputes involving complementaries when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached by a manager or supervisor.
  • Provide input concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Required Education, Skills And Experience
    MINIMUM
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficient and familiar with all OASIS capabilities/reports available.
    • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in casino marketing.
    • Three (3) years of guest service experience in a high volume casino.
      TARGET
      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
      • Proficient and familiar with all OASIS capabilities/reports available.
      • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access.
      • Working knowledge of advanced guest retention principles and capable of applying knowledge to special projects and Reward's Club events.
      • Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience.
      • Seven (7) years of casino operations, guest service or related field required.
