They will be responsible for end-to-end Controls Lifecycle Management from creation to retirement for non-SOX technology controls. They are forward thinking, quick to adapt, and technologically adept. -Managers have a high level of exposure across lines of business and have the opportunity to work with executives to create and implement innovative solutions to appropriately manage risks within Technology. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated risk or controls expert with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be detail-oriented and results focused, and will have a proven record of problem solving and collaborating with others, including direct and indirect leadership positions. -Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end controls lifecycle management along with ensuring adherence to Enterprise Control Standard
• Work with the partners to ensure that impact of control changes on processes such as regulatory gap assessments, process and risks are thoroughly assessed and reflected in the system of record
• Monitor metrics around data quality to ensure control data is complete and accurate in the system of record
• Partner to identify and implement automated solutions to enable proactive risk management -
• Support development of content in response to Internal Audit and Regulatory agencies related to controls management
• Assist and drive project and program delivery, including project and process management, reporting, facilitation of senior leadership meetings, drafting and reviewing materials for senior management and the Board of directors, and other governance activities. -Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of risk management, compliance, regulatory, audit, or legal experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in controls management, testing and/or reporting activities
  • At least 5 years of information technology or cybersecurity experience -Preferred Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years of experience in responding to and interacting with internal audit or regulatory agencies
    • Experience with applying automation in risk management
    • People leadership experience
    • Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) -

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City: $160,200 - $182,800 for Manager, Cyber Risk & AnalysisCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
