Communication skills are key - you're not going to be able to text message customers back and forth. In other words, you should be comfortable talking to strangers.
You've got attitude - the right kind of course - and understand the need to be on time, all the time. With loads of energy, you understand that work is easier - and more fun - with some teamwork.
Additional qualifications:
--- \t Be at least 16 years old
--- \t Have good personal grooming
--- \t Be able to stand up for 8 hours
--- \t Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
--- \t Use motion that entails pushing, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist
--- \t Other duties as assigned
Requirements

You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
