  We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proficiently planning, directing, and coordinating projects, ensuring their timely completion while staying within budgetary constraints.
  Responsibilities:

    Plan, direct, and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completion within budget
    
    
  • 
    Evaluate drawings and specifications to determine requirements necessary for project success
    
    
  • 
    Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules
    
    
  • 
    Project a positive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships
    
    
  • 
    Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules
    
    
  • 
    Communicate and work closely with customers, vendors, and installers
    
    
  • 
    Works with local office administration and production teams
    
    
  • 
    Proactively handle project issues and/or risks
    
    
  • 
    Manage budgets, manpower, expenses, and costs to complete the project
    
    
  • 
    Issue and negotiate RFI's and Change Orders
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education plus work experience in a similar field required
      
      
    • 
      5+ years of experience in progressively responsible installation project management roles
      
      
    • 
      Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excel
      
      
    • 
      Strong understanding of the commercial and residential installation process
      
      
    • 
      Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
      
      
    • 
      Knowledge of building codes
      
      
    • 
      Strong math and analytical skills
      
      
    • 
      Attention to detail
      
      
    • 
      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      
      
    • 
      Ability to manage time well and multitask
      
      
    • 
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      
      
    • 
      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
