Job Description:

DescriptionThe Treasury Management Sales Officer Public Funds is responsible for developing new and expanding existing Treasury Management business relationships with the Public Funds business sector.

• 
  
• Develops and executes Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting Plans for the Bank's Public Funds customer sector
  
• Identifies needs and provides appropriate Treasury Management solutions for customer's strategies and goals
  
• Understands competitor capabilities and can effectively position the Bank's Treasury Management services as a competitive advantage
  
• Works independently and with team members on Public Fund prospecting efforts and expansion of relationships, generates cross-sell opportunities and referrals
  
• Manages customer visits and on-going contact/relationship development
  
• Manages entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations and executing customer agreements
  
• Responsible for preparation of all Public Funds Depository Bid packages, maintaining contract calendar, and management of contract extensions
  
• Conducts semi-annual Treasury Management reviews with all Public Fund customers
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience
    
  • 2-3 years of Treasury Management Services experience
    
  • Preferred - 3-5 years of Treasury Management Services experience
    
    Skills:
    
    • 
      
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderate math and writing skills; moderate presentation skills; strong follow up abilities
      
    • Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
      
    • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
      
    • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
      
    • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
