This position, under the direction of the Director of Radiology is responsible for the daily operations of the Out-Patient Imaging and FED Radiology Services, overall management of the facilities including staff supervision. Ensures compliance with quality standards as they relate to the care provided to all groups of patients. Maintains a properly credentialed, skilled staff, high employee morale, and positive interdepartmental and physician relationships. Optimizes effective integration and utilization of the various systems (technical and processes) within the department. Assists with Marketing of Out-Patient Imaging services provided by Texoma Medical Center.
Qualifications

Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Bachelors degree preferred. Requires at least five years experience in the field of imaging in a hospital or hospital based out-patient environment. Previous supervisory experience preferred Must have certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Additional ARRT Registry and/or experience in CT, MRI or Mammography preferred. Requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills, computer literacy and knowledgeable of a variety of specialized imaging procedures. Must possess critical thinking skills and sound decision making and problem solvinig abilities. Must be service excellence focused (strong customer service and team building skills). Must demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and projects. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple and simultaneous tasks.
