Location:Allen Primary CareDepartment:Allen Primary CareShift:Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:Cook Children's Physician Network has an exciting opportunity for a board certified/board eligible outpatient pediatrician to join our Allen Primary Care Clinic.Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• American Heart AssociationBLS and PALS.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date).
• Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics.
