Job Description:
This Radiology Technologist role in Enid, OK, involves
performing radiographic procedures with minimal supervision,
ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment.
Operates and monitors radiographic equipment, reporting
malfunctions promptly.
Uses safety devices to protect against radiation exposure.
Handles computer and clerical tasks related to radiology
requests.
Maintains radiography rooms and provides patient care using
appropriate techniques.
Collects and processes laboratory samples as needed.
Reports to the Radiology Lead or Manager.
Requirements include an accredited Radiologic Technology program,
certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
within 12 months, current CPR certification within 90 days,
effective communication skills, and physical demands compliance.
Preferred: associate degree.
