Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time night shift ICU RN for our Surgical
Trauma ICU, a 11-bed unit near OR and ER, caring for critically ill
surgical and trauma patients, including neurosurgery, vascular, and
general surgery cases. Patient to nurse ratio: 2:1 in ICU, 3:1 in
IMC. Offering sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 and relocation
assistance. Schedule: 3 nights/week, 12-hour shifts. Requirements
include 1 year critical care RN experience or fellowship, BLS
certification, Virginia RN licensure, and BSN (or completion within
5 years if ADN). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid
time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. Must relocate to
Leesburg, VA before starting. Work involves inpatient hospital care
in a Level I trauma setting.
