Job Description:

Full-time hospitalist position at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Blacksburg, VA, with a staffing model of 3 physicians/1 NP or PA during days and 1 physician at night.
Average daily census of 68-73 patients across 146 beds, including an 10-bed open ICU with procedures like vent management, intubation, and central lines.
Work schedule includes day shifts (7a-7p) with NP/PA coverage (7a-5p) and night shifts (7p-7a) with NP/PA swing (10a-10p).
Collegial environment with ED managed by SCP and an IM residency program; new grads welcomed.
Requirements include board certification in IM or FM, 1 year hospitalist experience, VA license preferred, DEA, and certifications.
