Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30 PM start), including weekends and
holidays as needed Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Salary
Range: $1,780–$1,910 per week L&D Registered Nurse
Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN)
license (Texas or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent Labor &
Delivery nursing experience required Current BLS certification
(American Heart Association preferred) Strong clinical assessment,
patient care, and critical thinking skills Ability to work night
shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed L&D RN
Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring
mothers and newborns in the LDRP unit Monitor maternal and fetal
well-being throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide pain
management support Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and
multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal
patient outcomes Educate patients and families on postpartum care,
newborn health, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate
electronic health records and uphold the highest standards of
