Job Description:
Primary Care Physician Compensation: Base Salary: $215,000
$245,000 (commensurate with experience and location) Bonus:
Performance-based incentives tied to quality metrics Sign-On Bonus
and Relocation Package: Available Position Overview We are seeking
a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join
our growing network of neighborhood-based primary care centers. Our
clinics are designed to provide high-quality, value-based
healthcare for local Medicare populations. As part of our care
team, you ll have the support and resources to focus on what
matters most your patients. Our model prioritizes outcomes over
volume, reducing hospital admissions, emphasizing preventive care,
and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Details Team Support:
Dedicated scribe, medical assistant, and social worker Clinic
Resources: On-site lab and phlebotomist RubiconMD specialist
consultation access EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway Model:
Value-Based Primary Care Patient Support: Transportation provided
for patients within 5 miles of the clinic Community Engagement:
Wellness and social programs including exercise, yoga, dance, and
community events Team Composition: 3 5 providers per clinic (mix of
NPs and Physicians) Benefits Physician Partnership Track 6 Weeks of
PTO (inclusive of holidays and CME) $5,000 CME Allowance
