Join our healthcare team and make a difference in transplant patient care./n /n/nDallas Healthcare Job Details/n /n - Location: Dallas, Texas 75230/n - Unit: Solid Organ Transplant PCU (6EW, 6th Floor, West Building)/n - Job Type: Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit/n - Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)/n - Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule/n - Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs/n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,360 - $1,460/n /n/nTransplant RN Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas/n - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification/n - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification/n - Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Transplant, PCU, or similar units preferred)/n - Strong clinical and time management skills/n - Experience with Meditech EMR preferred/n /n/nTransplant Nurse Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing general surgeries, kidney transplants, and pre-liver transplant workups/n - Monitor and assess patient status in a 17-bed transplant PCU (1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio)/n - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care/n - Float to other acute care areas as needed (medical-surgical, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, orthopedic)/n - Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR/n - Ensure compliance with unit guidelines and hospital policies/n /n Apply now to join our Dallas healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career as a Transplant RN!
