Delivery in Lufkin, TX. This role provides comprehensive care
across the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and
neonatal phases. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical
expertise, critical thinking, and leadership in providing safe,
patient-centered obstetrical care. Responsibilities: • Provide
direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the
Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and
hospital policies. • Maintain clinical competencies through
continuing education and professional development. • Delegate and
supervise patient care responsibilities to assigned personnel. •
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and
effective care delivery. • Utilize EMR systems (Medhost & GE
Centricity) for accurate documentation of patient care.
Qualifications: • RN licensure in good standing. • Minimum 2 years
of Labor & Delivery experience. • Required certifications: BLS,
ACLS, NRP. • Demonstrated competency in obstetrical and neonatal
nursing. • Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership
