Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in professional development and training programs. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license with ICU experience in a hospital setting. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Proven ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions. Experience in administering medications and treatments accurately. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team. Experience in documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes. Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.
