Then we have a spot waiting for you. We are seeking engaging Clinic Support Specialist to join our growing team. As part of the HHM team, you’ll create a welcoming environment and help ensure an exemplary patient experience. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do : Answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally, providing courteous, clear, and effective customer service Identify and address patient questions, concerns, and complaints while maintaining a calm demeanor and escalating issues appropriately Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments in accordance with clinic policies, provider templates, and patient needs Register and enroll patients, verify identities and demographics, and update insurance, pharmacy, and financial information Accurately document all patient communications, appointments, and notes in the electronic health record Communicate clinic workflows, policies, and appointment instructions to patients, using interpreters or language services as needed Maintain HIPAA compliance, follow attendance policies, and keep the work area organized Collaborate with clinic staff, attend required meetings and trainings, and complete additional duties as assigned What you need to succeed To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, strong communication skills and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following: High school diploma or equivalent At least one (1) year of related experience, prior experience in a community based clinic is preferred Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to produce quality work and meet productivity goals within tight timeframes. Capable of observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources then analyzing information/evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Strong MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Experience with eCW or similar electronic medical record system Strong patient engagement Comfort level interacting with all individuals along with having a passion for providing service excellent Ability to float to various clinics in DFW area.
