We are in search of seasoned Esthetician's with 2 years experience in Spa and Med spa level services. Those with appropriate advanced qualifications may qualify for an elevated pay range. Key Responsibilities of an Esthetician: Main responsibility of an Esthetician will be to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to our members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitude Provide consistent and professional therapeutic services, to include Hiatus' five points of difference for all esthetic treatments Maintain expert knowledge from an Esthetician on product usage and deliver customized client recommendations thus achieving monthly retail sales goals Embrace and promote the Hiatus mission, philosophy, culture and high expectations Esthetician is to promote to guests the health and wellness benefits of receiving esthetic treatments on a regular basis, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and home-care products Esthetician is to build and maintain a regular clientele, while promoting member referral and guest programs Maintain a clean, uncluttered treatment room; replenish all supplies at end of shift and prepare room for next service Remove or restock laundry, as required Clean and sanitize copper foot basins Hiatus Benefits are WOW!
