Job Description Job Description Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (RT) Pay: $50–$60 per hour Job Type: Direct Hire Locations: Addison, TX & McKinney, TX (On-site; travel to nearby regional sites as needed) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role Addison Group is seeking skilled Radiologic Technologists (RTs) with experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) or Cath Lab procedures for our client’s outpatient vascular centers. These roles offer autonomy, hands-on procedural work, and the opportunity to support physicians in a modern, growing clinical environment focused on vascular interventions. Key Responsibilities Prepare procedure rooms by gathering supplies, positioning equipment, and setting up C-arm imaging systems. Test and monitor imaging equipment to ensure proper function and radiation safety. Maintain sterile technique throughout all procedures. Provide intra-procedural support including scrubbing in, wire control, and equipment handling. Document radiation exposure and assist with case documentation using system tools. Perform suite turnover, clean rooms, and maintain supply inventory. Support physicians during angiograms, peripheral interventions, and vascular cases. Serve as a point of contact for the site’s procedural needs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control protocols, and all safety requirements. Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and training activities. Qualifications ARRT Certification (required) Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist License 1 year experience in IR or Cath Lab C-arm experience required (2–4 years preferred, open to new grads) BLS & ACLS certifications required Strong scrubbing skills preferred—especially wire control Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Schedule & Role Structure Monday–Friday (no nights, weekends, holidays, or call) Typical day: start at 6 AM, finish between 3–4 PM depending on caseload Each technologist has a “home site” (Addison or McKinney) but may travel to other sites when the home location is not running Mileage reimbursed from home office site Sites include: Addison, McKinney, Arlington, South Dallas, and Mesquite Why Join Us?
