Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team, providing personalized care within our senior living and long-term care facilities across Texas. As a CNA at Touchstone, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This position involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, tailored care in accordance with our commitment to a supportive environment for our elders. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients Ability to document and communicate effectively Strong interpersonal and empathy skills Physical stamina for frequent walking, lifting and carrying Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation techniques 401k Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas
