Job Description:
Methodist Health System is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse
Specialist to join our dynamic team in Celina, Texas. This role
focuses on improving patient outcomes and promoting evidence-based
practice and education within a specialized patient care
environment. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be pivotal in
leading patient care improvements and clinical teaching across our
facilities, embodying our commitment to high-quality care and
compassion in the healthcare industry. Assess and implement patient
care programs based on evidence-based practices. Lead the nursing
staff in the development of clinical skills and knowledge.
Facilitate the integration of research and clinical innovations
into practice. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
design care protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Provide
expert consultation in managing complex patient situations. Conduct
regular training sessions and workshops for staff education and
development. Advanced clinical expertise in a specialized area of
nursing Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to integrate
research into practical application Expertise in patient care
planning and assessment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in Texas Certified in a specialty area as a Clinical Nurse
Specialist (CNS) preferred
