Job Description:
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in
Winnsboro, TX. This position offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and
outpatient therapy services, providing the opportunity to work with
a diverse patient population. CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital -
Winnsboro is a state-of-the-art critical access hospital recognized

rehabilitation program, ensuring that the patients receive

develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges. ~ Provide
both inpatient and outpatient therapy services, tailoring
interventions to each patient's needs. ~ Utilize evidence-based
therapy techniques to improve patients' functional abilities in
daily activities. ~ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. ~
Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques,
equipment usage, and home exercise programs. ~ Maintain accurate
and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with
regulatory and facility guidelines. ~ Ensure compliance with state
and federal healthcare regulations and CHRISTUS Health standards.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited program. ~ Current Texas Occupational Therapist
license (or eligibility to obtain). ~ Prior experience in a
healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
~ Part Time ~8am - 5pm (Flexible start/stop times) Why Join
