As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will deliver life-changing care to individuals experiencing pelvic dysfunction while advancing your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This full-time role is split between our Arlington and Fort Worth outpatient clinics, offering the opportunity to build expertise in pelvic health while maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload. Whether you're an experienced pelvic health provider or a new grad with a strong interest in the specialty, this position offers mentorship, continuing education, and a welcoming clinical team to help you grow. Your Role: - Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions - Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed - Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule - Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools - Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team Requirements - Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program - Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure - Specialized training in pelvic floor therapy (coursework or certification) preferred - Passion for pelvic health and commitment to patient-centered care - Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills - New grads with strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply Benefits Why Physical Therapists Choose H2 Health!
