Role Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates with critical conditions in a 108-bed NICU. - Monitor and operate advanced medical equipment such as Nasal Cannulas, Bubble CPAP, Vents, Oscillators, IV pumps, NIRS, Warmers, and Isolettes. - Manage patient documentation accurately using CPN and Meditech systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs to optimize patient outcomes. - Maintain appropriate patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 to ensure personalized care. - Participate in a floating policy covering PICU, Pediatrics, and CICU units when necessary. - Work a schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays. Desired Qualifications: - Valid RN license with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. - Ability to operate neonatal intensive care technologies confidently. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to adapt to floating within specialty units as needed.
