Your responsibilities will include: Go out of your way to be extra friendly (smile, eye contact, and small-talk) to everyone whom you meet throughout the day --- especially your clients. Look, act, and become a friendly college hunk ---starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Work hard to safely remove items from clients--- homes, offices, and buildings. Assist the with maneuvering the truck, backing up, completing paperwork, and navigating the job sites and disposal sites. Keep track of all truck contents (tools, clipboards, paperwork, and safety equipment). Clean the truck at the end of the day. Wrap and pad furniture. Loading, Unloading, and Staging furniture and boxes during the move. Responsible for the performance of you team assigned to you. Working with customers directly at each job performing all task and answering any questions to the best of your ability. Collecting Payment from the customer. Assuring truck is clean and paperwork is filed at end of day. Ensure office and trucks are locked at end of the day. Communicating with Manager/MOD/Dispatch about the progress of job and any issues that arise. Perform all daily checks on the trucks as needed and submit proof completed. Ensure Trucks are prepped before leaving the office with needed tools and equipment. Schedule: Day Shift Week days and Rotating Weekends Full /Part time
