The Busser position requires a strongly self-motivated individual, who will guide Provide our guests with a clean and sanitary atmosphere. Assist in all areas of the building to maintain area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service.SECRET RECIPE:Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating!Acts as an initial point of contact in matters concerning safety and security in Ping Pong, Axe Throwing, Karaoke, Billiards, Bowling and Arcade areas.Acts as an ambassador to the building, assisting Guests with all requests and answers questions as needed.Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets Guests upon entering.Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members and Managers.Competently diffuses difficult Guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, building and house policies.Assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the Ping Pong, Axe Throwing, Karaoke, Billiards, Bocce, Bowling and Arcade areas.Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Management as neededAbility to maintain on shift cleanliness of the bowling and gaming areasAssist with keeping merchandise for games stocked to appropriate levels throughout the shiftAssist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or managerMust be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructionsAssists other Team Members as needed or as business dictatesMaintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.Checks for restocking of necessary supplies. Brings all areas up to standard.Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when a manager requests.Performs opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/duties.Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close.Busses and resets tables.Offers assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.Assists in party setup.Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking of supplies.Cleans highchairs and booster chairs.Assists other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate.Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.Assists and directs Guests to Front Desk and/or answer questions as needed.Ensures that our Guests adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.Bids farewell to Guests leaving. Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
