Key Responsibilities: As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the success of the establishment. Your primary duties will include: Overseeing all staff, budgets, and day-to-day operations. Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record of leadership. Requirements: A minimum of two years of current General Manager experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry is required. Demonstrated knowledge of business development, strategy implementation, and P&L management. Strong leadership qualities and confident decision-making skills. Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs, and foster growth. Excellent customer relationship management abilities. Must be able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment. Preferred Qualifications: MSc/MA in Business Administration or a relevant field. Work Schedule: Flexibility to work within our hours of operation, which includes evenings, holidays, and weekends. The role typically requires availability for Monday to Friday shifts, as well as weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
