You will collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, train new team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly during peak service times. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes consistently. Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and upholding food safety standards. Assist in training new team members and providing feedback to promote growth. Collaborate with management to improve food quality and operational efficiency. Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive atmosphere. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Availability to work full-time and various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passionate love for food and a desire to create a great dining experience for guests.
