Job Description:
Seeking a highly adaptable and well-rounded Systems Analyst to
join our Systems Analysis department. This role focuses on
problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and process
improvement. The ideal candidate excels in addressing challenges
with little to no background context, using structured thinking and
collaboration to bring clarity, drive solutions, and align people
and processes across the organization. This position is best suited
for someone who is naturally curious, resourceful, and able to see
both operational details and the strategic big picture. Located in
South Dallas Suburbs. Responsibilities: Problem Solving & Root
Cause AnalysisTackle undefined or open-ended business problems with
minimal technical or contextual information. Apply logic,
communication, and observation to identify core issues and propose
cross-functional solutions. Drive structured action and clarity
where ambiguity exists. Project Planning & ExecutionLead or support
internal initiatives, developing timelines, project scopes, and
follow-through strategies. Track progress and keep stakeholders
accountable for deliverables and deadlines. Ensure all moving parts
stay aligned with company priorities and operational goals.
Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between departments
such as operations, customer service, manufacturing,
administration, and leadership. Collect input from different teams
to create complete, unbiased views of problems and potential
improvements. Turn discussions into clearly defined action plans.
Process Mapping & ImprovementAnalyze and document workflows to
identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or risks. Propose and help
implement solutions that improve operational consistency, speed,
and effectiveness. Communication & ReportingRegularly update your
designated manager on project status, blockers, and outcomes.
Summarize findings, create process documents, or deliver
presentations to communicate initiatives and progress.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in a coordination,
problem-solving, operations, or systems-focused role. Comfortable
navigating new problems or workflows without formal background in
the topic area. Able to build structure and clarity from limited
direction or resources. Naturally inquisitive and
solution-oriented. Calm under pressure, with good judgment in
dynamic or ambiguous situations. Experience supporting or leading
projects across multiple teams or functions. Clear communicator who
can distill complex issues into simple action plans. All qualified
