Contract Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office Only Job Description We are
seeking an experienced Client Service Analyst – Banking Operations
(On-Site) to provide high-touch customer support within a
well-known banking environment. This role supports client account
setup, data migration, documentation collection, and
post-conversion support. This position requires strong banking and
high-net-worth client experience. We will only contact candidates
who meet the required qualifications below. Work Schedule
(Required) 100% in-office role Start times between 3:00 AM – 7:00
AM CST (most shifts start earlier) Training schedule: 5:00 AM –
9:00 AM CST Flexibility with early morning hours is mandatory Key
Responsibilities Serve as a Relationship Specialist providing
white-glove client service Support account creation and client
service transfers Perform data migration and manual account
conversions Collect and validate required client documentation
Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings Coordinate
with internal bank teams and back-office partners Provide Level 1
triage, help desk coordination, and post-migration support Track
and report activity through completion Assist with client training
materials and documentation Required Qualifications (Must Have) 5
years of experience in banking, financial services, or client
relationship roles Experience as a Junior Banker, Relationship
Specialist, or call center professional supporting high-net-worth
clients Strong understanding of banking operations and financial
products Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proven experience providing high-touch / white-glove service Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Ability
to work 100% onsite and start early morning shifts Preferred
Qualifications Experience with data migration or system conversions
Background in client onboarding or platform transitions Equal
