Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle
Engineering (LCE), Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) department is
seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist, Technical
Pubs Developer, and Technical Instructor- Principal
Specialist-Supportability Engineer-P3 . This is an onsite position
at Raytheon in McKinney, TX. What You Will Do Create and maintain
technical manuals, including content addressing system functional
theory, operations, preventive and corrective maintenance,
schematics, and illustrated parts breakdowns, utilizing system
product information, compiled technical reports, drawings, and
parts lists Research technical documentation, engineering personnel
input, and other subject matter experts to design effective
learning and documentation solutions Develop and maintain
operations and maintenance training technical content, including
presentations and accompanying materials Assess engineering change
data for impacts to existing technical content Deliver
instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders as required
Conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating the
effectiveness of training activities and materials Interfacing with
the DoD customer and international partner to optimize products and
solutions in support of achieving maximum Operational Readiness and
compliance to contractual requirements as well as establishing open
communications and building trust The role will require domestic
and international travel (up to 30%) Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant
experience The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government
issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance Experience optimizing product design for supportability,
authoring technical manuals, or developing and conducting training
for a military or civilian environment Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with military radar or electro-optical infrared (EO/IR)
systems Ability to analyze technical documentation and training
materials while working independently and collaborating across
multiple engineering disciplines Familiarity with HTML and XML and
integrated logistics support database applications (i.e., EAGLE LPD
and EAGLE EPS) Experience writing to military specifications and
familiarity with radar, sensor systems, or other advanced
electronic systems, particularly within DoD programs Experience in
Mil-Spec/S3000L logistics support data development Experience in
Mil-Spec/S2000M provisioning data development Experience in
Mil-Spec/S1000D integrated electronic technical manual development
Experience in Technical Illustrations and Graphics development
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with
proficiency in Adobe (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker,
etc.) and Microsoft Office 365 applications Training Specialist
Certification, or equivalent training expertise, with a self-driven

production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the
development of our products. This position requires a security

salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
