building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2026. This will be a
challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create
connections with RWC and peers from other Universities. Position
Summary: Join our team as a Supply Chain Data Integrity Intern and
gain real-world experience at the intersection of operations,
analytics, and product management! In this role, you’ll help
improve the accuracy and quality of our product data by validating
Finished Goods barcodes and quantities—critical information that
drives efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cash flow across the
business. You’ll spend time inside our distribution center, working
hands-on with products to verify and collect data. As part of your
onboarding, you’ll receive training and certification to operate a
forklift so you can access warehouse storage locations and capture
the information needed. You’ll record and analyze your findings in
Excel and update key data in our SAP ERP system—giving you exposure
to industry-standard supply chain technologies. This internship is
highly collaborative, giving you the opportunity to work closely
with teams across Supply Chain Master Data Management, Fulfillment,
Warehouse Operations, Engineering, and Product Management. It’s a
great opportunity for students interested in supply chain,
operations, data management, or engineering to develop foundational
skills and make an impact from day one. Principal Responsibilities:
Help make sure our product information is accurate by checking data
that goes into our SAP system—this data is essential for smooth
operations across the company. Receive hands-on forklift training
and certification so you can safely move through the warehouse and
pull products from storage to measure packaging and confirm
details. Use a handheld scanner and visual checks to collect
product information, then log everything in Excel. You’ll also
compare, clean up, and prepare this data to be uploaded into SAP.
Partner with different teams to track down and resolve data issues,
understand what caused them, and help improve processes going
forward. Work toward weekly completion goals for the number of
items validated, with the overall goal of ensuring accurate product
data is uploaded into SAP by the end of the internship program.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe
working environment in the warehouse. Qualifications: Familiarity
with basic data concepts such as data quality, data governance, and
how master data supports business processes. Interest in learning
how SAP Material Master Data works and how product data is used
across different areas of the business. Strong analytical thinking,
problem?solving ability, and comfort working with details. Great
communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Solid Excel
skills, including experience with tools like VLOOKUP, PivotTables,
advanced formulas, merging datasets, and importing/exporting data.
Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and manage tasks
with minimal supervision. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
and taking ownership of meeting deadlines. Education : Working
towards Bachelor’s degree or greater in Business, Supply Chain
Mgmt., Operations Mgmt., Logistics Mgmt., Sustainable Supply Chain
Mgmt., Data Science, Data Mgmt. Experience : Experience in a
distribution center / warehouse operations environment Forklift
experience bonus (will train and certify to drive and operate
forklift in DC) Working Conditions & Physical Demands: This
position will be located in Mesquite, TX Interns are paid an
hourly rate of $22 Internship will have travel involved including a
kick-off in Atlanta and Operations immersion week in Cullman,
AL
