Temp We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient materials handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse skills, experience operating equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, and a thorough understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Duties Safely operate equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Order picking / packing product Unloading incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and inspecting for any damaged or missing items Picking products from shelves based on pick lists, packing them securely in boxes, and staging them for shipment. Loading finished orders onto trucks and wrapping pallets for delivery. Stocking and organizing new products, performing cycle counts, and using RF scanners to update inventory records Sorting finished orders and putting onto conveyor belts Use and understand RF technology and Voice Technology Labeling and relabeling of product by physically removing old labels without damaging the product & accurately applying new labels to products Experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse distribution processes. Prior experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable. Experience in shipping & receiving operations, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures. Knowledge of manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous. Previous roles involving warehouse supervision or leadership are a plus but not required. Starting pay at $12-$13 Hr. plus incentive bonus for meeting goals.
