About the role:

Reporting to the growth lead for France, you will work as part of the growth team who focuses on growing our customer base in an efficient and sustainable way.

As our Growth Strategy Manager, you will be leading the effort around customer retention, analyzing and understanding retention metrics, and subsequently driving tests and initiatives in order to increase retention of current customers. Retention being the engine driving our growth, you will have a key role in scaling and solidifying our business.

What you will be doing:

* Drive the retention agenda, coordinating initiatives across marketing, loyalty programs, discount strategy, product initiatives, customer care and other functions - in coordination with the local and global teams * Be the local responsible and spokesperson for retention KPIs. You will build a thorough and detailed understanding of the various sub-KPIs that make up retention, and derive hypotheses to improve each of them. * Design, size and implement new tests to increase customer retention. * Drive our discount strategy across channels, from modeling and hypothesis to testing and analytics. To do so, you will leverage the playbook from other geos in which we operate.

What we are looking for:

* Masters Degree from a Top Business/Engineering School/University * 2 years experience in a top consulting, start up or scale up environment * Strong analytical mindset: you are great with numbers and work in a systematic and logical way * A pragmatic and hands-on 'can do' attitude * Proficiency in Excel - SQL is a big plus * Fluency in English and French - both written and spoken * Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders * Growth mindset and with a strong "learning never stops" attitude * You want to join an adventure with a lot of potential!
