Compliance Consultant Or Compliance Consultant Senior or Compliance Manager- Job Family

Compliance Consultant

Responsible for delivering and executing foundational compliance responsibilities that support the team and management at the advanced level.

Primary duties for this advanced level position, with tasks of routine or least complexity may include, but are not limited to:

* At the advanced level, report, communicate, research laws at the advanced level, regulations, requirements, regulatory audits and/or exams. * Provide advanced level support to regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments. * At the advanced level, analyze and extract regulatory data, documentation for compliance with requirements. * Participate in compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans. * Conduct investigations, document findings, update stakeholders and leadership on developments, comply with notification requirements, ensure corrective actions are made.

Compliance Consultant Sr

Responsible for delivering and executing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence that support the team and management at the most senior advanced level.

Primary duties for this most senior advanced level position, with moderate complexity and defined/localized scale include, but not limited to:

* At the most senior advanced level, report, communicate, research laws, regulations, requirements, regulatory audits and/or exams. * Provide senior level analytical support to projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments. * Utilize systems unique to job functions, including standard-issue software such as Microsoft products; maintain system documentation, serve as subject matter expert, train users of system, contribute to system design, oversight or maintenance. * Apply critical thinking to formulate strategies and concepts that drive results, persuade and influence others, adapt to change, and manage conflict.

Compliance Manager

* Manage/oversee projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments; audit planning, conducting mock audits, conducting audit training, managing audit evidence preparation, assessing audit preparedness. * Establish project plans, gap analysis, milestone dates, and other significant aspects, and leadership updates. * Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, company strategies to assess impact, and consult with clients as subject matter expert. * Conducts complex investigations, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are made. Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, supplier; internal stakeholders, high level of management.

Qualifications

Compliance Consultant

Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS, 3-5 years of health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to travel may be required.

Compliance Consultant Sr

Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS, at least 5 years of health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to travel may be required.

* A certification in the field of compliance, ethics or fraud is preferred.

Compliance Manager

Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS; MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred; at least 6+ years of health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to travel may be required
