Role Summary

Reporting to the HR Director for France, this HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is central to the success of delivering on our operational excellence objectives and to ensure we can contribute to empower our people to grow, perform and innovate.

In a context of matrix organization and in close connection with other departments, the HRBP is responsible functionally for the Corporate Services department (+130 employees, +10 countries in Europe) and locally for the staff located in Paris in the Primary Markets & Corporate Services function (+ 20 employees in France, mainly Paris, and in EuronextTechHub countries).

The HRBP is the referent for its scope for all matters related to Human Resources.

* The Corporate Services function is at the heart of the diversification of the activities of the Euronext group, having designed, developed and now supporting the continuous development of the portfolio of innovative solutions and tailor-made advisory services to support the listed companies' journey on the capital markets. As such, the HRBP positions him- or herself as a strong Business Partner with the top management by working closely on strategic topics: organizational design, change management to continue the integration into Euronext culture, critical talent acquisition & development challenges, Compensation & Benefits policies, collective and individual topics. * Being in charge locally for Primary markets teams, the HRBP is supporting the HRD function in delivering the strategy for this historical activity within the group and to act as the local HR Business partner for the teams and managers.

On top of the above scopes, the HR Business Partner will be the group coordinator for Euronext VIE Programme. To create and train our talents for tomorrow, the HRBP is thus overseeing the Euronext VIE Programme ("Early Career Programme") within his/her teams and across the group, ensuring that the key principles are aligned with Business France requests, that our programme is branded internally and externally.

Business Scope

The Primary Markets & Corporate Services department is covering on the one hand Equity, Debt and Funds securities and on the other hand Corporate Services' franchise.

The Primary Markets' team is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets. Our mission is to promote Euronext markets, explain the benefits of listing to business leaders, and help companies make the best possible use of financial markets once publicly listed. In addition, we support funding mechanics by creating and promoting new services and financing instruments, fostering the development and growth of the pool of investors active on Euronext markets, and actively promoting transparent public markets with stakeholders in the financial industry and with public authorities. Building strong relationships with business leaders and members of the financial ecosystem is essential for our success. With the acquisition of Borsa Italiana, Euronext is expanding its European footprint even further and reinforcing its pivotal position in building and operating strong capital markets in Europe.

Euronext Corporate Services ("Corporate Services") offers innovative solutions and tailor-made advisory services to support the listed companies' journey on the capital markets. This unique and comprehensive value proposition is articulated around four main pillars:

* Governance: Our board portal solution "iBabs" help organizations to secure, organize and run board meetings more efficiently (save time preparing agendas and board packs, collaborate easily with annotations, voting, meeting summaries). * Communication: We are the market leader in webinars and webcasts services for financial results, internal communication, marketing and external communication. We help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. * Compliance: ComplyLog is a range of ground-breaking digital tools, designed by legal experts to help companies more easily meet the growing demands of European compliance laws and corporate regulations. * Investor Relations: Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence, shareholder analysis, targeting, and decision-making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement.

Key accountabilities

The HR Business Partner will notably ensure the below missions:

* Work in close coordination with the Group Head of Corporate Services and his management team based in various Euronext locations * Deploy, provide support and advice on all global HR processes in their global implementation: performance evaluation, career development, compensation, training, culture and team engagement * Be in charge of HR Integration projects (post-acquisitions) within his/her scope (eg: participate and coordinate HR processes integration, succession plan management..) * Work in close collaboration with the global HR team (HR local, HR function): Payroll and HR Services, Group Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, Group C&B, HR Projects - and with the network of local HR teams. * Manage recruitment processes with managers from job description to onboarding support - high level of recruitments on this scope planned. * Social relations: support local HR Directors and the Group Head of Social Matters in individual and collective social matters linked to the integration/post-acquisition processes. * Participate in transversal projects at Country and Corporate level * Ensure regular HR reporting to the French HRD and the Group HRD

Profile, Skills and Experience

* Successful proven work experience - from 5 to 7 years in HR Generalist role with international exposure * Demonstrated international experience with commercial functions and HR challenges associated (post-acquisition of companies is a plus). * Experience in employment law in European countries is a plus. * Great communicator, flexible, team player, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills * Integrity, confidentiality, and rigor in applying and explaining rules * Managerial capabilities and experience, excellent listening and convincing skills * Proven ability to draw up plans, projects, and policies and manage these convincingly * Excellent command of English (oral and written) and native in the domestic language (French) - any other european language is a plus
