Position purpose:

Within the Digital Marketing Team at HQ, the Content Project Manager will be in charge of supporting the PR Group in defining and implementing a transversal & efficient Content approach:

* from implementing the Content related Group platforms and tools and ways of working within affiliates

* to assisting in the definition of the right partners to produce the content & the development of our in-house studios.

He/she reports to the Content Manager.

The main responsibilities:

Group Content related platforms

* Participation in the definition of the affiliates needs and expectations for Group Content related platforms: websites, social media, apps, Digital Asset management tools.

* Project management of the deployment of these platforms across the group, in straight relationships with the IT departments

* Consolidation and monitoring of the adoption and success for the platforms

* Building of strong case studies and best practices around Contents quality and Contents performance

* Monitoring of the quality of content published, analysis of issues and definition of actions to improve the quality

* The perimeter includes the management of a consultant managing BrandCloud Digital Asset Management, to guide him/her in the development of the platform & the right integration of the platform to the rest of Pernod Ricard ecosystem

* Drive the adoption on the very new internal creative management platform (Mixologic) & definition of required evolution of the platform

Evaluation of the partners working within the Content approach

* Managing the evaluation of the in-house content studios, The Mix, from cost saving to creativity

* Managing the evaluation of the usage & performance of content hosted on our D.A.M.

* Assess the relevance of our tools with key users and implement action accordingly

Support and assistance to the Pernod Ricard local content teams:

* Coordination of the reporting from The Mix

* Proposals of transversal partners to increase efficiencies and quality of delivery from the In-House Contents Studios

* Identification and communication of Best Practices from affiliates, competitors or other industry players

* Request for Proposal for a Digital Content Optimisation tool

Relationships with the Key International Content owners (Facebook, Vice, Spotify.)

* Organizing Quarterly Business reviews and relaying the key outputs to the organization

* Organization & animation of Bi-annual workshop with in-house content studios

* Looking for innovative contents formats/ Contents opportunities

* Assess performance and produce best practices.

The role consists of

* Contributing to the development and acceleration of the global Content approach for the Group regarding Content Management technologies expertise, Content partners onboarding, test and learn of innovative Content solutions available on the market

* Assess continuously performance and ROI of Content partners

* Facilitate scale of Contents tools adoption by the affiliates through in-depth evaluation and testing

* Assessing progress and measure performance/results

The position will interact frequently with the local and key affiliates Content Studios and Digital teams, in strong connexion with other HQ teams (in particular IT and GBD).

The action and various deliverables of the Content Project Manager would result in a competitive advantage for the Group in designing better Content approaches and generate new streams of efficiencies.

The profile required is:

* Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent

* 3+ years background in digital marketing and/or social media, content production and management.

* Expert and proven experience in Content Management/ Social Content platforms

* Extensive usage & Knowledge of the following tools: Digital Asset Management, Social Management, Creatives tools

* Good marketing and consumer data skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating & training across teams & affiliates.

* Appetite for creativity & design

* Managerial competencies

* Agency background is a plus

* Fluent in English

This role requires a strong results-oriented mindset, strong project management skills involving multiple stakeholders, good communication and influence skills, understanding of the broad business landscape, a passion for Content related topics.
